In my experience, successful businesses/projects have some key leaders wiithin that community who have stepped up to the plate, to do all they can in getting the word out about what is being built (and helping new members navigate their way around). Many of us have taken on this role, without asking for anything in return.

For us truly to be successful, though, it will take some intentional planning to make sure we're covering all basis as things are being built out.

With that being said..

What does this mean?

It means we have a responsibility to make sure we are following a blueprint
To assure that we get from where we are, to where we want to be

How can we do this? It's real simple honestly. Form a committee, schedule a time on a regular basis to brainstorm together, and put things into action.
